Job Description
Shift Operations: Oversee daily operations during your assigned shifts, including opening and closing. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards while managing inventory levels.
Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly address any customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Supervise team members, providing guidance and training. Foster a positive work environment and assist with scheduling.
Quality Control: Maintain food quality and cleanliness through regular inspections and adherence to company standards.
Qualifications: Experience in a managerial role within the fast food or restaurant industry. Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in restaurant management software are required.
