Job Description
Robust Support and Solutions is currently looking for a committed Training Assistant to join our back office in Karachi, PECHS, BLOCK 6. This position is for the night shift, from 8 PM to 5 AM, six days a week (Monday to Saturday).
Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders, enhancing training processes, conducting assessments and interviews, and creating training materials. Additionally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they align with our business objectives.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of one year of experience in training and development or customer support, and proficiency in English. Basic knowledge of Spanish is preferred.
