Job Description
Location: Giga Mall, Islamabad
Shift Timings:
- Monday to Friday: 2 PM – 10 PM
- Saturday: 2 PM – 6 PM
Salary Range: PKR 35,00 – 110,00
Eligibility: Priority for females; freshers are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls from UK-based travelers for bookings.
- Coordinate with airlines and tour operators.
- Ensure compliance with IATA, ATOL, and ABTA regulations.
- Support and promote incentive campaigns.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with reservation systems such as Worldspan, Galileo, and Amadeus.
- Ability to negotiate effectively.
