Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our GDS distribution company. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in travel agencies with proficiency in ticketing software. Applicants must be willing to work in shifts.
Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, completing transactions, and enhancing customer service by collaborating with regional offices. You will actively listen to client concerns, conduct follow-up calls, and maintain logs of all issues and daily activities. Moreover, you will be responsible for updating the capping based on GDS shares.
