Job Description
AXE Marketing is seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Dispatcher to coordinate the movement of trucks, drivers, and shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Receive transportation requests from clients.
- Assign drivers and trucks based on schedules and routes.
- Communicate updates and instructions to drivers.
- Monitor shipment progress for on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with maintenance for vehicle repairs.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in truck dispatching.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in dispatch software and GPS.
