- Identifying and scheduling loads for drivers based on their availability and deadlines.
- Planning efficient routes to minimize costs and travel time.
- Maintaining continuous communication with drivers for updates and support.
- Collaborating with brokers and shippers to negotiate rates and manage paperwork.
- Effectively resolving issues such as delays or mechanical failures.
