Alpha Logistics LLC, a prominent provider of religious travel services, is dedicated to organizing spiritually enriching Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages. We are currently seeking a committed Umrah Sales Agent to assist clients in planning their Umrah journey.
This position calls for strong customer service skills and a comprehensive understanding of the Umrah process. The successful candidate will consult with clients on Umrah packages, manage bookings, and provide outstanding customer support while promoting our services and remaining informed about Umrah regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications: Previous experience in travel sales or customer service is preferred. Exceptional communication skills and in-depth knowledge of the Umrah process are essential for this role.
