Job Description
Alpha Logistics LLC, a leading provider of religious travel services specializing in Hajj and Umrah, seeks a dedicated Umrah Travel Specialist. The role involves consulting clients on Umrah packages and itineraries; managing bookings for flights, hotels, and ground transport; assisting with visa, passport, and vaccination documentation; and providing pre‑trip, in‑travel, and post‑travel support while ensuring compliance with Saudi Umrah regulations.
- Qualifications: experience in travel sales or customer service (religious tourism preferred), excellent communication, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and knowledge of Umrah requirements.
- Employment: Full‑time, in person. Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs70,00/month.
