Job Description
Digitomacy is on the lookout for a skilled Upwork Bidder Manager to enhance our project acquisition in web design and app development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in bidding strategies, client relationship management, and team leadership within the bidding department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Upwork bidding processes for design and development projects.
- Craft persuasive proposals and nurture client relationships.
- Lead the bidding team to ensure timely proposal submissions.
- Conduct market research to maintain a competitive edge.
- Optimize proposals to maximize project acquisition rates.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Upwork bidding.
