Job Description

We seek a proactive, detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to drive business development. You will monitor Upwork daily for Web Development, Digital Marketing, and SEO opportunities; craft tailored, persuasive proposals; manage initial client communications and coordinate interviews with our technical team; optimize agency and individual Upwork profiles; and maintain daily records of bids, responses, interviews, and conversion metrics.

• Requirements: proven Upwork bidding experience, excellent written English, knowledge of Upwork strategies and client behavior, and the ability to work independently to meet daily targets.
