Job Description
Base Camp Data Solutions Limited in Islamabad is seeking a fluent Urdu and English-speaking Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound customer calls, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume customer calls
- Assist customers in Urdu and English
- Provide product and service information
Requirements:
- Fluency in Urdu and English
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
