Job Description
Base Camp Data Solutions Limited Islamabad is seeking a fluent Urdu and English-speaking Call Center Agent. You will handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Responsibilities: Manage customer calls, provide accurate product information, process orders, maintain records, and meet satisfaction targets.
Requirements: Fluent in Urdu and English, high school diploma, 1-2 years of customer service experience, strong technical skills, and a flexible schedule.
Job Type: Part-time | Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
