Job Description
Are you looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic environment? Zameen.com is seeking an enthusiastic Urdu Language Intern to join our team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering calls professionally
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Providing product and service information
- Processing orders, forms, and applications
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Coordinating with relevant departments for follow-ups
- Generating business leads and reporting to management
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by the line manager
Join us for a full-time position with a contract length of 9 months. The monthly pay ranges from Rs25,00.00 to Rs30,00.00, along with a comprehensive leave package.
