Job Description
Join our team at YA-Tech as an Urdu-Speaking Customer Care Support Specialist! Your primary responsibilities will include answering calls professionally, responding to customer inquiries, handling and resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services.
You will also process orders, identify priority issues, and coordinate with relevant departments for follow-ups. Additionally, you will be tasked with generating business leads and reporting to your line manager.
