Job Description
Aspire92 is actively looking for a dedicated Payroll and Tax Specialist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience with payroll software, QuickBooks, tax compliance, and related accounting functions. This position involves delivering exceptional professional services to clients using various cloud-based solutions for payroll, tax, and accounting tasks.
Key responsibilities include preparing and filing 1099 and W2 forms, overseeing payroll processes, and maintaining effective communication with U.S. clients via phone, text, and email.
Qualified candidates should be partially certified ACCA, CA, or hold an equivalent credential, be proficient in English, and have prior experience with U.S. payroll systems.
