Job Description
Shan Communications is excited to announce a full-time Night Shift opportunity for motivated individuals. As a Call Center Verifier, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Deliver accurate information and suggest additional services.
- Document all interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; must be 18+ years old.
- Strong communication and listening skills are essential.
- Must have a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
