Shift: Night Shift (US Business Hours)

Job Overview:
Thrive360 is seeking dedicated Verifiers for our US Home Warranty Campaign. You will verify customer details and ensure compliance while maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
– Verify customer information for eligibility in home warranty services.
– Conduct follow-up calls for accuracy confirmation.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and US regulations.
– Maintain detailed records in CRM software.
– Collaborate with the sales team for quality assurance.
Qualifications:
– Prior experience in verification or call center roles preferred.
– Strong English communication skills.
– Professionalism in high-volume calls.
– Night shift availability is required.
