Job Description
Join Shan Communications as a Call Center Verifier in a full-time night shift role! We’re seeking motivated individuals with strong communication skills to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
Role Overview:
- Handle inbound calls and resolve inquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information and recommend additional services.
- Document all interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; 18+ years old.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
