Job Description
NKU Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is in search of a dedicated Virtual Assistant Projects Lead to manage bidding and client acquisition through Upwork. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proactive attitude, adaptability, and confidence when engaging with clients. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Key responsibilities encompass drafting proposals, conducting client consultations, overseeing tasks such as research and scheduling, mentoring team members, and ensuring professional communication with clients.
Applicants must have 2-3 years of experience in Upwork bidding, excellent communication skills, and a background in administrative roles. Leadership experience with a small team is preferred.
