Job Description
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our vibrant team at Dione. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and efficient multitasking. As a Virtual Assistant, you will coordinate operations between guests, field agents, and service providers to ensure a seamless experience for all.
Responsibilities include communicating with guests, coordinating with field agents, liaising with housekeeping, managing the DTCM portal, overseeing property permits, and engaging in various operational tasks as needed.
Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, a proactive approach, and familiarity with DTCM regulations is a plus.
