Job Description

Right Room seeks a full-time Virtual Property Manager to support UK landlords and tenants remotely on a 12-month contract. You will handle listings, inquiries, viewings coordination, tenancy applications and referencing, digital paperwork, basic maintenance liaison, and CRM upkeep while delivering professional customer service.

• Requirements: lettings or property management experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Preferred: familiarity with UK rental legislation and remote property duties.
