Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking a dedicated Vocational Program Coordinator. This role involves managing operations (50%), monitoring program adherence (30%), and handling data management and reporting (20%). Responsibilities include collaborating with production teams, overseeing training operations, conducting site visits, and maintaining a centralized database.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in program coordination or similar roles. Key skills include analytical thinking, project management, attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent communication.
This full-time position is located in Karachi. Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate.
