Job Description
Abacus Consulting – BPO is looking for a detail-oriented Workforce Management Executive to join our team in Islamabad. This pivotal role entails the efficient staffing, scheduling, and forecasting of performance for our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage employee schedules
- Monitor live queues and agent availability
- Track critical performance metrics
- Collaborate with HR and Operations
- Prepare Workforce Management reports
- Assist in headcount planning
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Workforce Management
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
