Job Description

KAY TRANIX CALL CENTRE is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Xfinity Customer Support Representative. This is an onsite job requiring night shift availability from 9 PM to 6 AM.

Requirements: Prior experience in Xfinity sales, strong inbound sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations are essential.

Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls for billing inquiries, resolve service-related issues, and educate customers about our products.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
