Job Description
Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a Zonal Manager responsible for managing and evaluating their assigned Zone to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee all branches within your Zone for cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure availability of resources, including human resources and IT equipment.
- Assist in recruitment and ongoing staff training.
- Implement company policies and SOPs.
- Provide accurate reports and maintain parcel security.
- Ensure timely pick-up and delivery operations.
Job Specification:
- Graduation or 14 years of education.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and training skills required.
