Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Zonal Sales Manager with a background in the FMCG or cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of both metro major cities and rural distribution, along with substantial experience in handling primary and secondary sales, credit management, and team development.
Your responsibilities will include meeting sales targets, executing channel-wise sales strategies, planning brand positioning, managing distribution infrastructure, and representing sales in meetings. You will also provide on-the-job training for your team and support the marketing team in various initiatives.
