Job Description
Golden Pearl Cosmetics is seeking a Zonal Sales Manager with a robust sales background in the FMCG or cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate should excel in metro and rural distribution management, primary and secondary sales management, and credit management.
Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, executing channel-specific strategies, brand positioning, and team development. The candidate will also oversee the distribution sales force, lead sales meetings, and collaborate with the marketing team.
Qualifications: MBA and a minimum of 10 years of experience, including 3-4 years in a similar role.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to Rs170,00.00 per month
